Important Booking Info
- If you are a new client, you must fill out the new client intake form before purchasing any services, Click here to fill out the form.Â
- If you are a registered client returning to hugsandkisses.ca, you must login before purchasing any new services. Make sure to use up your current package before purchasing a new one.
- If you choose to pay be e-transfer, please send your payment as soon as possible to pay@hugsandkisses.ca. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment has been received and deposited.
- If you are a first time client, your account will be created upon succesful completion of your first order. An email with a link to create your account Password will be sent to the email address you provided.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, please navigate to the My Account page, and click forgot password. If you do not receive a password reset email, or are still having issues; please email us at info@hugsandkisses.ca with your full name, phone number, and description of your problem.
- 5 Day Packages expire after 30 days, 10 and 20 day packages expire after 60 days.
How to Book an Appointment
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select a service.
– Daycare:
– A single appointment for one dog
– A single appointment for two dogs
– Grooming:
– Ear cleaning
– Eye cleaning
– Nail trimming
3. Under ‘Employee,’ choose the appropriate option that matches your selected service.
– One dog
– Two dogs
– Ear cleaning
– Eye cleaning
– Nail trimming
4. Continue to the next step.
5. Choose your booking preference.
– A single-day session
– A package (5, 10, or 20 sessions)
6. Continue to the calendar and select your preferred dates.
7. Proceed to the information form.
– Ensure all required fields are filled out.
8. If you have a coupon, enter it on this page.
9. Continue to the payment page.
10. Before clicking ‘Book Now,’ double-check that all fields have been completed.
– If any sections are missing, scroll up to the highlighted area to complete them.
11. Package Expiry Reminder.
– Your package must be fully booked before its expiration date, which varies depending on the package selected.
– Once the package expires, it cannot be used for further bookings.
– The expiration date is clearly displayed on your “My Account” page—be sure to plan accordingly!
12. Managing Your Package.
– To manage your package, schedule additional daycare days from your current package, or view package status, visit the My Account page.
Policies
- All appointments are subject to approval.
- All dogs must be in good health before attending daycare. If your dog is showing ANY signs of sickness, you must to call us at 604-625-4411 to cancel your appointment that day. Please do not email or text.
- We are an appointment based daycare. We do not accept last minute bookings.
- Services, Pricing, and Policies are subject to change.
- We reserve the right to remove a dog from our daycare at any time.

- All purchases from hugsandkisses.ca, and Hugs and Kisses Doggie Daycare Inc. are non-refundable.
- Appointments can only be booked 2 days prior to the appointment date.
- Scheduled Appointments can be only Re-Scheduled by contacting us by email, and can only be rescheduled 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Appointments can not be cancelled.
- If Hugs & Kisses cancels a daycare day due to unforeseen circumstances, package holders will receive a credit. For single-day purchases, a coupon will be provided to redeem for another day.
- Hugs & Kisses Doggie Daycare Inc. owns all media and reserves the right to replicate and distribute it on social media and other platforms.

- IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR EACH APPOINTMENT YOU BOOK, ITS LIKELY THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN BOOKED. PLEASE LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND CONFIRM THE BOOKING SHOWS UP.
