Booking Info & Policies

Please read the following information:

    Important Booking Info

    • If you are a registered client returning to hugsandkisses.ca, you must login before purchasing any new services. Make sure to use up your current package before purchasing a new one.
    • If you choose to pay be e-transfer, please send your payment as soon as possible to [email protected]. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment has been received and deposited.
    • If you are a first time client, your account will be created upon succesful completion of your first order. An email with a link to create your account Password will be sent to the email address you provided.
    • If you’ve forgotten your password, please navigate to the My Account page, and click forgot password. If you do not receive a password reset email, or are still having issues; please email us at [email protected] with your full name, phone number, and description of your problem.
    • 5 Day Packages expire after 30 days, 10 and 20 day packages expire after 60 days.

    Booking Instructions

    1. Using the booking form above, first select whether you have 1 or 2 dogs attending daycare.

    2. Second, choose a 5, 10, or 20 day Doggie Daycare Package. You may also purchase single Doggie Daycare days.

    3. Before proceeding to payment, you must schedule a minimum of 1 day on the calendar.

    4. To schedule more than one date, click the Add Appointment button and continue adding more dates before continuing to payment.

    5. When you are ready to continue to payment, press Continue. We accept e-transfer, and all major credit cards.

    6. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an email with a link to set the password for your account, along with an invoice and booking confirmations.

    7. Orders paid by E-transfer are marked completed when payment is approved and deposited. Your invoice and booking confirmations will be sent to you at this time.

    8. To schedule more dates from your package, or re-schedule an appointment, you must do so from the My Account Page.

    Policies

    • All appointments are subject to approval.
    • All dogs must be in good health before attending daycare. If your dog is showing ANY signs of sickness, you must to call us at 604-625-4411 to cancel your appointment that day. Please do not email or text.
    • We are an appointment based daycare. We do not accept last minute bookings.
    • Services, Pricing, and Policies are subject to change.
    • We reserve the right to remove a dog from our daycare at any time.
    • All purchases from hugsandkisses.ca, and Hugs and Kisses Doggie Daycare Inc. are non-refundable.
    • Appointments can only be booked 2 days prior to the appointment date.
    • Scheduled Appointments can be only Re-Scheduled by contacting us by email or telephone, and can only be rescheduled 72 hours before your scheduled appointment (before 7am three days prior).
    • Appointments can not be cancelled.
    • Hugs & Kisses Doggie Daycare Inc. owns all media and reserves the right to replicate and distribute it on social media and other platforms.

        • IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION FOR EACH APPOINTMENT YOU BOOK, ITS LIKELY THAT IT HAS NOT BEEN BOOKED. PLEASE LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT, AND CONFIRM THE BOOKING SHOWS UP.
