New Client Onboarding

Step 1: New Client Intake Form (below)

– Complete the intake form for approval.

– Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule an assessment for your dog(s).

Step 2: Doggie Daycare Assessment

– Bring your dog in for a full-day assessment. Drop-off is at 7:00 AM, and pick-up is at 1:30 PM.

– You will receive an email with explicit instructions to prepare for the assessment day. Please follow these directions carefully to ensure the day runs smoothly.

– During this assessment, we evaluate your dog’s walking skills, socialization with other dogs, and overall behavior.

Step 3: Post-Assessment Review

– After the assessment, we’ll discuss the day with you and determine the next steps.

– If your dog passes, they will be invited to book a single day of doggie daycare to continue the process.

Step 4: Single Daycare Sessions (1 to 3 Days)

– Your dog will attend 1 to 3 single daycare sessions with pick-up and drop-off service.

– Even though your dog has passed the initial assessment, we’ll continue to evaluate their comfort and behavior during these sessions.

Once Approved:

– New clients can then purchase a 5 or 10-pack of daycare sessions.

– A 20-pack option becomes available after one month of enrollment.

Why We Take It Slow:

– Dogs can behave differently day-to-day due to new environments, varying energies, and interactions with unfamiliar dogs.

– This gradual process ensures your dog remains comfortable, happy, and enjoys their daycare experience.

Thank you for trusting us with your furry family member!

Doggie Daycare Attendance Policy:

– Dogs must attend daycare at least once per week to maintain socialization and familiarity with the environment.

– The attendance policy at our dog daycare helps maintain structure while ensuring the safety and well-being of all dogs. Regular attendance allows staff to become familiar with each dog’s behavior and needs, enhancing the quality of care and handling. It also promotes socialization among the dogs, as consistent interaction within a stable group can help reduce anxiety and prevent behavioral issues.
