How to Book an Appointment
1. Log in to your account from the My-Account Page
If you have a current package, you may view it and schedule more dates from this page.
If you are wanting to purchase more services, or another package, once logged in, you can scroll down and click on the the “Purchase New Services” button.
The Purchase new services / booking page also has the following instructions:
2. Select a service.
– Daycare:
– A single appointment for one dog
– A single appointment for two dogs
– Grooming:
– Ear cleaning
– Eye cleaning
– Nail trimming
3. Under ‘Employee,’ choose the appropriate option that matches your selected service.
– One dog
– Two dogs
– Ear cleaning
– Eye cleaning
– Nail trimming
4. Continue to the next step.
5. Choose your booking preference.
– A single-day session
– A package (5, 10, or 20 sessions)
6. Continue to the calendar and select your preferred dates.
7. Proceed to the information form.
– Ensure all required fields are filled out.
8. If you have a coupon, enter it on this page.
9. Continue to the payment page.
10. Before clicking ‘Book Now,’ double-check that all fields have been completed.
– If any sections are missing, scroll up to the highlighted area to complete them.
11. Package Expiry Reminder.
– Your package must be fully booked before its expiration date, which varies depending on the package selected.
– Once the package expires, it cannot be used for further bookings.
– The expiration date is clearly displayed on your “My Account” page—be sure to plan accordingly!
12. Managing Your Package.
– To manage your package, schedule additional daycare days from your current package, or view package status, visit the My Account page.
