What services do you offer?
Doggie daycare Monday to Friday. Overnight care for consistent clients only (you must be a consistent daycare client for the last six months).
How does a day at Hugs & Kisses Doggie Daycare look?
Pick-up from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, trail walk, then back to the daycare for activities, rest, and fun. Drop-off between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Can I visit the daycare before enrolling my dog?

Do you provide pick-up and delivery services?
Pick-up times are from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and drop-off times are between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Please note that delays can unexpectedly happen; we will always contact you in such situations. You do not have to be at home during these times. Just provide us a key or door code to your home. We take your privacy very seriously and will always knock.
Hugs & Kisses is licensed and insured, and all staff have clean criminal records and drivers abstracts.
Do you offer any packages or discounts?
We offer single days, 5, 10 and 20-day packs. Packages are offered at a discounted daily rate. We also have sales a few times per year and also offer referral discounts, so be sure to follow us on social media.
What is your cancellation policy?
48 hours notice is required (starting at 7 AM two days prior). We reserve the right to remove a session from your current package if sufficient notice is not provided. Medical issues are exempted. Please give as much notice as possible.
Can I get updates or photos of my dog during the day?
We do not provide personalized updates during the day (unless your dog is new); however, we post daily on our social media page. We will always communicate with our clients if needed. Feel free to text us during the day if you need to reach us for any reason!
What is your policy on refunds?
We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
What are your operating hours?
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends and holidays.
Are there any breed restrictions?
We do not discriminate by breed; however, we do not accept dogs over 80 pounds.
Are you a kennel-free facility?
We use kennels for smaller dogs during transport and have a few kennels inside for dogs that need a break. Hugs & Kisses does not believe in using kennels more than necessary. I wouldn’t want to live in a cage, and neither should the dogs.
How do I change the days that my dog attends daycare?

How do I know how many appointments are left in my package?
When logged in to your account, you can see how many days are left in your package when logged in on the My Account page, and selecting Packages from the side bar.
